Equipment & Parts will NOT be eligible for the full return or credit after 30 days from the return acknowledgement date
- No merchandise may be returned with the prior authorization of the FOXX EQUIPMENT COMPANY (FOXX).
- Packages without a FOXX return goods authorization numbers (RMA) on them will not be accepted.
- "Authorization for return" is for inspection purposes only. It is the sole discretion of FOXX as to whether a credit/refund will be allowed.
- All returns must be sent prepaid. COD's will be refused.
- All returns must include a legible copy of the original FOXX invoice showing the purchase of the merchandise.
- Used, altered, or any non-resalable items cannot be returned.
- Special Order or Close-Out items cannot be returned.
- Items discontinued by FOXX or its suppliers, or items shipped to the customer over 6 months prior cannot be returned unless that item has a specific warranty specifying otherwise.
- FOXX must be notified within 30 days of the shipping date if you are requesting to return items.
- Returns for unneeded items or items inadvertently purchased and wanting to return, will be charged a 20%
restocking fee.
Limited Warranty
Items (finished goods or parts) manufactured by FOXX EQUIPMENT COMPANY (FOXX) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase from FOXX, when used in strict compliance with FOXX's recommended usages, so long as any defect is discovered and reported to FOXX within the warranty period and while the goods or parts are under the ownership and control of the original purchaser. If, however, a defect is discovered in a component part which is not manufactured by FOXX and which is governed by a warranty given by the manufacturer of that component part, the FOXX warranty extended to that component part and the purchaser will have only the remedies provided in the warranty Of that Other manufacturer. FOXX does not assume any responsibilities or make any warranties with respect to items which are modified, altered, abused, misused, or damaged while I the hands Of the original purchaser or Subsequent purchasers. If a defect is both discovered and reported to FOXX with the warranty period, the original purchaser's remedies Shall be limited to repair or replacement in kind of any nonconforming items, in FOXX's sole and absolute discretion, provided that said items a re returned to FOXX, freight or transport prepaid at 955 Decatur, Denver, CO 80204, or 827 S. 7th Street, Kansas City, KS 66105. FOXX may be telephoned at 303-573-1766 (Denver, CO) or 816-421-3600 (Kansas City, KS) to obtain warranty information and to discuss warrantor's election of remedies. THE WARRANTY EXPRESSED ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUSIVE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. HERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THOSE WARRANTIES ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED. IN NO EVENT SHALL FOXX BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT FROM BREACH OF THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY GIVES you SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND you MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
